The liquor store now has the Waverly Village Hall to host Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthday parties or any other event you may have. The Liquor store is a great place to have a birthday party or a retirement party.

With a maximum capacity of 350, the Village Hall can provide you with enough room to host your next party. There is a 55’x75’ area on the main level and a 43’x17’ stage area. There is also a bar area on the main level in the back. There is a kitchen and smaller meeting room on the lower level for your convenience. Also for use when renting the Village Hall are 50 6-foot tables and 275 chairs.

The rental fees are as follows:

• $400 for residents of the City of Waverly (includes a $150 cleaning fee)
• $450 for non-residents (includes a $150 cleaning fee)
